KIM has a team of 30 professionals dedicated to the management of funds for infrastructure, real estate, energy and aviation financing. As at 31 August 2017, the Real Asset Investment Division managed 87 funds, or KRW 4.5 trillion (USD 4.0 billion) of capital, invested in real assets spanning different countries and regions, debt and equity, and a wide risk-return spectrum. With local teams based in Seoul, Korea and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and an investment track record of over 13 years, the Asset Investment Division has a full-fledged asset management platform for identification and execution of investment opportunities and provision of portfolio diversification solutions as a prudential asset manager that represents the interests of each of our investors.
